I went to Coakley's yesterday and, as usual, my experience was very positive. The screen I had taken there for repair was ready to be picked up and the work was impeccable. I was also looking for a specific screw to reattach a handle on my kitchen cabinet, and the very helpful assistant found exactly what I needed in a couple of minutes. I don't think you can beat Coakley's for quality and customer assistance.

Every person working there sought to make sure that I received help. The person who actually help me worked for 20 minutes to help me recover my mistake. There was no cost!
